  • You want to use a tank or pod mod (do not use disposable pods) where you can interchange and replace the coils. We suggest using sub-ohm coils that are under 1.0 ohms. With new coils, you want to fill it up and leave it there for at least 5 minutes to prime the coils. ****False hype AND Lost hopes***

Huge huge fan of Custard flavored vapes. In pursuit of the best brand I came across Velvet Clouds and was mesmerized by the options you advertise had a hard time deciding but did so on Vanilla Custard. The reviews all praised and glorified this flavor with statements of this custard hands down nailed it. . . . . well I totally disagree the flavor is weak and lacking body. Also having zero amount of sweetness fails right there, is vanilla custard not sweet? But to take it further the vanilla part seems absent if at all present and the rich flavor of Custard instead barely tastes like anything distinguishable I only gave one star because of the timeliness of receiving the order not to mention your return policy is laughable you don't include shipping I paid receive it and ALSO charge another shipping fee for the return. I am extremely disappointed and think your misleading people as to the quality of your product. . . . Sincerely Matty

Matt, thanks for your honest review. As you may know, all of our eliquid formulas are made max VG meaning there is little to 0 propylene glycol, designed for clients who prefer not use or have an allergy to PG. We also do not use any synthetic sweeteners like sucralose. While most mainstream eliquid brands use both PG and fake sweeteners that are boost and saturate the flavors, we do not. We prefer to keep it as clean as possible for our clients which we sacrifice a bit of flavor for a better quality. Velvet cloud is not for everyone. We appreciate you giving us a try. Thanks!
