My favorite flavor!

I’ve bought this flavor religiously for years! It’s not too sweet, flavor is so yummy. I’ve been searching for a replacement flavor for over a year while VC appeared to go out of business. SO glad it’s back because no other brand/flavor compares.

What Happened?

I have been a customer of this company for over 10 years or so. Loved their juices and customer service was excellent. I placed and paid for a pre-order about 5 to 6 months ago. I yet to receive anything. I have emailed you guys SEVERAL times with not one response. This saddens me. I also see a claim was filed with the better business bureau for this same issue. What happened? Why would you treat your customers who have supported your company like this? Sad

Placed a pre order in early March,it's May 3rd and still have not received order,emailed VC several time with no response,from a loyal customer of VC for several years this is very disappointing.Whatever the problem may be,a response would be nice.
