Long Time Favorite

I've been a VCV customer since 2013. Over that time I have ordered many of their juices. I have tried them all but tobacco flavors have always remained a constant. I'm a big fan of the Blue Beard, White Beard and Burly Beard flavors (also liked Vanilla Tobacco and Ice Beard back in the day - any chance of bringing them back???). Taste is susceptible, but or me the taste is spot on perfect. Not too strong, not too weak and they all mix nicely with some Mt Shasta (or even a bit of Vanilla Custard) when I want to change things up a bit.
Just as impressive as the VCV juice line is their Customer Service. Over the years there has been a mistake or two (nobody's perfect), but they have always been quick and more than generous when making things right. VCV takes Customer Service SERIOUSLY!!! Even now, as a Massachusetts resident, we are only able to purchase the Tobacco Flavors. I can not order from the website but a quick email to customer service and someone gets back to me right away in order to complete the order and the shipment is on it's way in no time.
Definite 5 stars from me for VCV. I've tried a lot of juice companies over the years and I can honestly say that VCV is the only juice that I keep coming back to. Good product, affordable price, great Customer Service.
